JAMES N. HENDERSON

JANUARY 13, 1934 - NOVEMBER 18, 2003

James N. Henderson, of Denver, Colorado, died at St. Joseph Hospital, Tuesday, November 18, after a brief illness. He was President of Jim Henderson & Associates, Inc., a firm specializing in interior architecture and interior design. He was a member of the American Institute of Architects and the NCARB.

He is survived by his life partner, Charles B. Smith, of Denver. He is also survived by a sister, Beverly Sejnost, of Hilton Head, SC, as well as nieces, great-nieces and cousins.

A memorial service will be held Friday at 11 a.m., at St. John's Episcopal Cathedral, in St. Martin's Chapel, 1350 Washington St., Denver. Memorials may be made to St. John's Cathedral, designated to "Arts & Architecture Commission." Services by Monarch Society.

Jim was a 1953 graduate of Osawatomie High School. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Architecture and lived in Houston, TX before moving to Denver.
