MARJORIE L. HATFIELD TAYLOR

SEPTEMBER 14, 1928 - APRIL 19, 2016

Marjorie L ''Hatfield'' Taylor age 87, of Coffeyville, passed away on April 19, 2016, at Windsor Place due to a stroke.

Marjorie was born on September 14, 1928 to Joe E and Clara B (Mohler) Hatfield in Osawatomie, KS, where she grew up and graduated with the Class of 1946. She was the youngest and is the last of this generation of the Hatfield family.

She was united in marriage to George H. Taylor. Marjorie loved to volunteer at the hospital and church. Marjorie was a very independent lady. She loved to go for drives on the back country roads and she knew most of them well. She also enjoyed going to the casinos and eating out.

The family would like to thank her friends Margie and Judy for all their help and a special thanks to Martha Harris for her help and kindness with Marjorie and the family. She will be missed by all.

Left to honor her memory is her grandchildren, nieces and nephews, She was preceded in death by her parents, husband George H. Taylor, two daughters, Sharon Duncan and Roseann Kallok, brothers, Eddy and Bud Hatfield, sisters, Catharine, Betty, and Annabelle.

Funeral services were held on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 1:00pm at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel. Interment followed at Fairview Cemetery.
