PAUL HOWARD SWAN

CLASS OF 1941 

Sedalia, Mo.-Paul H. Swan, 900 Griffith, Sedalia, died Friday, March 12, 1993, in Truman Veterans Hospital in Columbia.

The son of Howard and Amy Leffingwell Swan, he was born November 29, 1923, in Neodesha, Kansas. He was a 1941 graduate of Osawatomie High School, Osawatomie, Kansas.

He and Gladys L. Pridemore Broughton were married February 2, 1979, in Morrison, Illinois.

He worked for the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local No. 387 of Davenport, Iowa.

Survivors include his wife, Gladys, of the home; a son Steven Swan, Glenwood, Iowa; four step-daughters, Rene Eggers, Cheryl Bogart and Paula Broughton, Kansas City, and Alicia Burken, Dewitt, Iowa; two step-brothers, Jim Wallace, Osawatomie, and Bernard Farran, Caseyville, Illinois; a step-sister Clotelle Sears, Hacienda Heights, California, and three Step-grandchildren.

Mr. Swan was cremated and no services are planned. Arrangements were under the Direction of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
